I have always been very sensitive. You can call it being a highly sensitive person, or an empath, or someone who has extra sensitive antennas for how other people feel but that’s how I have always been. It’s quite the journey trying to make this gift work for me and not just to feel overwhelmed by the world around me.

As a little girl, I was very open and playful. When I got older I lost sight of these energies for some time but they have been asking for my attention more and more and I am slowly learning to acknowledge, love and respect that innocence that never leaves us.
I love animals, children and dancing and singing brings me much joy. I write my own songs and love to sing for people, although that is also quite a big challenge for me…
On my journey home to my true self I have encountered many different ways to approach healing.
I have worked with Voice Dialogue, Family Constellations, plant medicines, practised Qigong, Tai Chi and Shiatsu and seen many fine therapists. I have also learned (and continue to learn) a lot from working with Nonviolent Communication. This is such a profound and beautiful way to get to know ourselves and to be able to communicate gently but clearly what we feel and need!
All of these things have helped me a little further down the road and given me much insight into my patterns and all the ways I invented to deal with my sensitivities. But what has been missing is that I use that sensitivity to help others get a little further down the road because the sharing of our gifts is what truly heals us!
